Self Care During Pregnancy
I thought to share with you my own prenatal care regimen. This includes a combination of my routines for both my sixth and seventh pregnancy. In the past, I've shared this with sisters when they were inquiring as how best to care for themselves during pregnancy. This is a brew I used during the early part of my fourth pregnancy when I experienced cramping and light bleeding. It was very useful and helped to alleviate the cramping and to settle my uterus.
Below are the words of Susun Weed in regards to the excellency of this formula: "Here's a terrific miscarriage brew preventive formula used by the Utah midwives with great success. I gave it to one pregnant woman with chronic "incompetent" cervix who had lost five babies and delivered all her others prematurely. When eaten by the prospective mother and father, seaweed protects them from cancer and protects the fetus from faulty genes. Seaweeds also protect the fetus and parents from the harmful effects of chemicals and carcinogens.

Nursing your new baby will cause the release of specific hormones that trigger the detachment of the placenta from the walls of the uterus. For some women, the placenta will detach sooner and for others it may take longer. For example, after the birth of our fifth child, the placenta was not delivered for almost an hour and a half after the birth, whereas after the birth of our sixth child, the placenta delivered about 35 minutes after the birth. ...continue.
